Upcoming Court Proceedings Accessible via Teleconference

Per the Court’s order In Re: Coronavirus COVID-19 Order Concerning Face Masks/Coverings and Screenings dated August 2, 2021, and any successor order replacing it, upcoming court proceedings accessible to the public via teleconference will be listed below.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROCEEDING
Prior to the day of the court proceeding, the Case Manager for the assigned judge(s) will provide access information to the participants via email.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PUBLIC
Any upcoming court proceedings accessible to the public via teleconference will be listed below.  If an upcoming court proceeding is not listed below, it will not be accessible to the public via teleconference.  For court proceedings that are accessible to the public via teleconference in which the access information is not provided below, members of the public must register to listen a proceeding by sending an email to public_access@cit.uscourts.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day before the court proceeding. The email must contain the requester’s name, affiliation/firm, email address, phone number and information regarding the proceeding (court number, short title, type of proceeding, date and time). When registration is complete, the dial-in information will be sent to the requester via email. To listen to the proceeding, the registered listener may call the dial-in number and enter the access code when prompted.

Per USCIT Rule 77(d), the use of devices to record or broadcast these proceedings is prohibited.

Please note:  On February 14th, 2023, the Committee on Court Administration and Case Management of the Judicial Conference of the United States announced the conclusion of the Audio Streaming Pilot Program.  After March 31st, 2023, the audio of court proceedings held before the U.S. Court of International Trade will not be available through a dedicated YouTube channel.
