On June 9, 2026, the United States Court of International Trade approved amendments to USCIT Rule 7 that will become effective on July 1, 2026.

When viewed on the USCIT website, deleted language appears with strikeovers, and proposed new language appears in red.

Notice of the amendments was transmitted to various sources for publication. If you have obtained a hard copy of the Rules from a commercial publisher, you may wish to contact that publisher to determine when it will make the amendments available.

A copy of the amendments is available for review at the Court’s website: www.cit.uscourts.gov.
