HIRING POLICIES

Law Clerks: Clerkship applicants must submit a signed cover letter, résumé, official law school transcript, at least two letters of reference, and one unedited writing sample, maximum of 15 pages. Law review or other publication experience is considered in ranking applicants.

Applications for the 2018-2020 law clerk position are now closed. Applications for the 2020-2022 law clerk position will be accepted beginning May 1, 2019 through August 1, 2019. Applicants are encouraged to email application packages to RKE_Applicants@cit.uscourts.gov.

Internships:  Internships are not available until Summer of 2020.
