On September 18th, 2023, the Judicial Conference of the United States Courts updated their policy regarding remote access to live audio of court proceedings. This new policy permits the judges of this Court, in their discretion, to provide such access for public non-trial proceedings in which a witness is not testifying.
Please note that the presiding judge(s) retains ultimate discretion to stop the access to the live audio of the proceeding at any point during a proceeding and whether to make the audio available on the Court’s Audio Recordings of Select Public Court Proceedings web page and/or on CM/ECF.
Upcoming proceedings approved for public access and information on how to access them will be provided on the Court’s Upcoming Court Proceedings Accessible via Teleconference web page.
