Advisory Committee

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2077(b), the Advisory Committee to the U.S. Court of International Trade is responsible for studying the rules of practice and procedures of the Court and for recommending amendments to the Court’s Rules designed to improve practice before the Court.
