On March 20, 2024, the United States Court of International Trade approved certain changes in fees that will become effective on May 1, 2024. Pursuant to the changes in fees, amendments were made to the Schedule of Fees. These changes flow from an increase in the Court of Appeals Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, Title 28 U.S.C. § 1913, and District Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, Title 28 U.S.C. § 1914. Technical changes were also made to the Listing of Judges of the Court.

When viewed on the USCIT website, deleted language appears with strikeovers, and proposed new language appears in red.

Notice of the amendments was transmitted to various sources for publication. If you have obtained a hard copy of the Rules from a commercial publisher, you may wish to contact that publisher to determine when it will make the amendments available.
