Notice of Amendments to the USCIT Rules Effective January 14, 2022

On December 14, 2021, the United States Court of International Trade approved amendments to USCIT Rules 30 and 81, Form 20, and Standard Chambers Procedures that will become effective on January 14, 2022.  Technical changes were also made to Rule 5.

When viewed on the USCIT website, deleted language appears with strikeovers, and proposed new language appears in red.

Notice of the amendments was transmitted to various sources for publication.  If you have obtained a hard copy of the Rules from a commercial publisher, you may wish to contact that publisher to determine when it will make the amendments available.
