Notice of Amendments to the USCIT Rules and Changes in Fees effective May 3, 2021

On March 23, 2021, the United States Court of International Trade approved amendments to USCIT Rules 3, 5, 15, Form 20 and Administrative Order 02-01 and certain changes in fees that will become effective on May 3, 2021. Pursuant to the changes in fees, amendments were made to the Schedule of Fees, Rule 74 and Form 10. These changes flow from an increase in the District Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, Title 28 U.S.C.  § 1914.  Technical changes were also made to the Listing of Judges of the Court.

When viewed on the USCIT website, deleted language appears with strikeovers, and proposed new language appears in red.

Notice of the amendments was transmitted to various sources for publication.  If you have obtained a hard copy of the Rules from a commercial publisher, you may wish to contact that publisher to determine when it will make the amendments available.
