2024 Attorney Renewal Registration

In compliance with USCIT Rule 74(e), all attorneys eligible for renewal registration must submit a renewal registration form and registration fee of $75.00, if applicable, by June 1, 2024.  Attorneys admitted in 2023 and 2024 are exempt from the renewal registration and fee requirement.  All eligible attorneys must submit a renewal registration form, but the renewal registration fees are waived for all attorneys in the employ of the United States government.

Failure to remit the renewal registration form and fee, if applicable, will result in the removal of the attorney from the court’s bar roll, without prejudice to an application for admission as a new member. Should the payment of this renewal fee present a significant financial hardship, an attorney may request, via application to the Chief Judge, that the registration fee be waived.
