The term "attachment" is meant to include any materials supporting or related to the main filing including:

• memoranda of law or briefs in support,

• proposed orders,

• affidavits,

• exhibits,

• appendices,

• forms (such as the Civil coversheet or Case Information Statement),

• errata,

• revisions,

• supplements,

• schedules, etc.
