To use CM/ECF, kindly complete the attached the CM/ECF Registration Form. Because notice of docketing in CM/ECF is given to counsel of record via e-mail, counsel are encouraged to include a general e-mail address for their firm/agency, as well as an individual e-mail address, in the User Information part of the Registration Form. This will help ensure that you will receive notification of any case activity.

This form is to be sent to the Court by regular mail only. Email or fax will not be accepted. Passwords and I.D.’s will be sent by regular mail within three weeks after receipt of the form.
