What does "Internal Server Error" mean?

It means that the CM/ECF System is unable to complete your request. Please contact the Court’s Server Administrator at citml_TDSS@cit.uscourts.gov and inform them of the error. If you encounter this problem while trying to file a document, print a copy of the message and send it to the Court with your filing and a completed Declaration that Party was Unable to File in a Timely Manner Due to Technical Difficulties form
