        How do I become an authorized user?

In order to gain access to the CM/ECF System, attorneys and non-attorneys must submit a registration form.

Attorneys will receive a login and password for the live database and a separate login and password for the training database. Attorneys will have query only capability during the initial phase of the deployment of CM/ECF. Once the E-Filing capability is deployed, attorneys will have the ability to file documents electronically.

Non-attorneys will receive a login and password for the live database only.  Non-attorneys will have query only capability. Non-attorneys will not have the capability to file documents electronically.
