Access to CM/ECF

I’m not getting e-mail notifications in cases in which I am involved, but I have registered for CM/ECF and received a log-in and password, what’s wrong?

First, make sure you are listed as an attorney of record in the case. If you are listed and not receiving e-mail notifications, contact your organization’s technical support to verify whether your server restricts e-mail from the CM/ECF System.
