The United States Court of International Trade approved certain amendments to Administrative Order 06-01 on September 25, 2007, and USCIT Rules 6, 16, 24, 26, 27, 33, 34, 37, 45, 50 and 89 on November 27, 2007, that will become effective on January 1, 2008.

    A draft of the amendments to the Rules was posted on the Court’s website for comment on September 5, 2007. The Court received no comments on the proposed rules amendments.

    Notice of the amendments was transmitted to various sources for publication. If you have obtained a hard copy of the Rules from a commercial publisher, you may wish to contact that publisher to determine when it will make the amendments available.
