To use CM/ECF, kindly complete the attached CM/ECF User ID Registration Form (Form 1). Because notice of docketing in CM/ECF is given to counsel of record via e-mail, counsel are encouraged to include a general e-mail address for their firm/agency, as well as an individual e-mail address, in the User Information part of the Registration Form. This will help ensure that you will receive notification of any case activity.

Logins and passwords will be sent within two weeks after receipt of the form.

Please Note:

Non-attorneys may register to use the CM/ECF system. However, they will be given Query-only access. These accounts will not have the ability to file documents electronically.
